About Me

As a single mom of five — all grown now — I’ve lived the long, messy, beautiful story of parenting on my own. I’ve held space as a doula, guided rivers as a wilderness first responder, worked behind the scenes in film, trekked through the desert protecting endangered life and supported healing through yoga and massage. Every chapter has deepened my trust in the body, the breath, and the quiet wisdom that lives inside us.

Now, as a coach, yoga therapist, and bodyworker, I work with parents navigating burnout, transition, and self-reconnection. Whether you’re in survival mode or simply yearning for more ease, I offer a space to slow down, breathe, and remember your way back to center.

This work blends nervous system support, embodied practices, and soulful coaching — rooted in the belief that healing happens when we’re met with both truth and compassion.
